The material
Natural slate is graded S1, S2 or S3 under ASTM C406. Some quarries give written terms and many do not. We tell you which, and we put what we have in your contract.

The workmanship
Our workmanship warranty is written into your contract, with its term, limits and exclusions stated in the same document.

The paperwork
We register what can be registered and give you a copy before work starts, so the warranty does not depend on our memory.

The local record for roofing work inside the city. New York has no state roofing license.
Insurance
General liability and workers' compensation insurance · The carrier named on the certificate

What does a lifetime warranty cover?
It says whose lifetime, and what it covers. We do not use the word without the terms in front of you.
What warranty do I get?
Two parts: the material's terms from the quarry or supplier, if there are any, and our workmanship terms. Both are in your contract before you sign.
